Rush Street Interactive is seeking a Data and IT Project Manager to lead data, AI, and IT-focused initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of data analytics, AI, and IT tool implementation projects, supporting smarter decision-making and operational efficiency.Role involves:

• Leading cross-functional Data, AI & IT projects.
• Coordinating across teams to define scope and align objectives.
• Supporting AI enablement and GenAI experimentation.
• Implementing tools to boost product delivery.
• Ensuring compliance and data security.
• Driving transparent communication and managing expectations.
• Tracking, reporting, and refining performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in data, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years of experience working on data and IT-related initiatives.
• Proven experience managing IT, data, and/or AI-related projects for at least 3 years.
• Strong grasp of compliance, data security, and cybersecurity standards.
• Solid project management skills with knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
