Gong is seeking a Senior Director, GTM People Business Partner to support its global Go-To-Market organization. This role reports to the VP of HR and focuses on driving business results through organizational design, talent management, and leadership coaching, while upholding Gong's culture. The ideal candidate will navigate challenging environments, collaborate effectively, and enhance employee experiences.Responsibilities:
  • Advise the CRO and Senior Revenue Leadership team.
  • Build and execute the GTM people strategy.
  • Provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Drive HR initiatives like employee surveys and talent management programs.
  • Solve complex problems and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in senior HR leadership roles.
  • 4+ years managing HR professionals.
  • Experience in succession planning, org design, coaching, and change management.
  • Proven ability to influence transformational change.
  • Ability to lead with data and insights.
  • #ActNow mentality supporting hyper-growth Revenue teams.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.
