Industrious is seeking a part-time Lobby Ambassador for their New York City location. In this role, the Lobby Ambassador will be an integral part of the building's hospitality team, creating memorable arrival and departure experiences for tenants and guests.Industrious is the largest premium workplace-as-a-service provider. • Greeting tenants and guests.
• Managing visitor management systems.
• Participating in daily operations standups.
• Organizing and delivering tenant packages.
• Learning and memorizing concierge and building FAQs.
• Acting as point of contact for lobby activities and emergencies.
• Ensuring lobby cleanliness.
• Tracking tenant preferences.
• Embodying Industrious and Landlord values.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of hospitality attire requirements.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Punctuality and dependability.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
