Lightspeed is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their Strategic Support Services team in Amsterdam. This individual will provide excellent technical support and customer service to Lightspeed's key accounts, working closely with Strategic Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction. The Technical Support Specialist will manage strategic escalations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the improvement of the customer experience by liaising with Product and Development teams.
