Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their Strategic Support Services team in Amsterdam. This individual will provide excellent technical support and customer service to Lightspeed's key accounts, working closely with Strategic Account Managers to ensure customer satisfaction. The Technical Support Specialist will manage strategic escalations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the improvement of the customer experience by liaising with Product and Development teams.

Role Involves:

  • Supporting key accounts with technical support and customer service.
  • Managing strategic escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Documenting key account details and tracking issues.
  • Contributing to the creation and maintenance of troubleshooting documentation.
  • Developing skills to engage with all key Lightspeed hospitality platforms.

Requirements:

  • Extensive customer service experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Mac OS.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills in a senior support position.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage technical escalations of at-risk accounts.
  • Flexibility in schedule to work.
