Lightspeed is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join their Strategic Support Services team. This role is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom, and involves providing excellent technical support and customer service to Lightspeed's key accounts, with a focus on German-speaking clients. The Technical Support Specialist will work closely with Strategic Account Managers to handle day-to-day situations, manage strategic escalations, and contribute to improving the customer experience. They will also document key account details, participate in the creation of troubleshooting documentation, and contribute to specialized support service offerings.
