Lightspeed is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join their growing NoAm team in Montreal. This role serves as the initial point of contact for potential customers, focusing on driving revenue growth through lead generation and qualification for the sales team. The ideal candidate possesses experience in generating leads or selling technology-based solutions.
Role Involves:
- Qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing generated sources.
- Nurturing inbound leads for the inside sales team.
- Creating a positive first impression for prospects and customers.
- Identifying customer needs and determining the suitability of Lightspeed solutions.
- Managing multiple lead sources, including calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
- Managing the customer database using Salesforce.
- Developing new strategies to grow the sales pipeline.
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other) is a plus.
- Experience in hospitality is an asset.
- English proficiency is needed, bilingualism in French is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Autonomous, outgoing, and a self-starter.
- Tech-savvy.
