Inbank is seeking a dynamic and driven Recruiter to lead their end-to-end recruitment process at an international level. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing exceptional talent across a broad range of functions and countries. This role is pivotal in building high-performing teams and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
What this role involves:
Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a hiring strategy.
Owning the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
Proactively sourcing passive candidates through various channels.
Using data to drive insights and improve recruitment processes.
Acting as the key contact for local teams on recruitment matters.
Contributing to employer branding activities.
Acting as a brand ambassador for the company.
Requirements:
3-4 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience.
Experience hiring internationally across different markets, functions, and levels.
Ability to develop a deep understanding of the business and its culture.
Comfortable using data and analytics to drive insights.
Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Polish.
