Job Description

Betsson is seeking a Lead Marketing Analyst to join their Analytics team. In this role, the individual will provide valuable insights to drive Betsson's marketing strategies. The Lead Marketing Analyst will analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to support regional and cross-channel marketing decisions. This role requires technical expertise, commercial acumen, and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of key performance metrics supporting branding strategies.
• Analyze performance across digital marketing channels.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner for regional commercial teams.
• Lead exploratory, descriptive, and predictive analytics.
• Identify underperforming areas across marketing channels and implement improvements.
• Build, maintain, and deliver data models, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop strategies to solve complex marketing problems.
• Collaborate with regional and channel-specific analysts.

Requirements:

• Minimum BA/BS in a relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in analytics and marketing, ideally within the iGaming sector.
• Hands-on experience in marketing analytics.
• Experience with statistical modeling and familiarity with machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics (GA4), BigQuery, MySQL, and ETL tools (e.g., KNIME).
• Familiarity with scripting languages like R or Python is essential.
• Expert in visualizing complex datasets using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests from diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• A curious, collaborative mindset and comfort in leading cross-functional initiatives.
