Job Description

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Chemikant (m/w/d) for sterile crystallization at their Halle/Westfalen, Germany facility. Simtra is a contract development and manufacturing organization with over 65 years of experience in bringing sterile, injectable drugs to market. The Chemikant will be responsible for the production of parenteral cytostatics through sterile recrystallization, adhering to GMP/GDP guidelines.Role involves:

• Steering production equipment for sterile crystallization
• Performing sterile filter tests and sterile filtration
• Operating filling and sealing machines
• Preparing and following up on CIP/SIP crystallization kettles and VHP sterilization
• Cleaning isolators
• Performing drying and grinding
• Maintaining batch records

Requirements:

• Completed training as a Pharmakant (m/w/d), Chemikant (m/w/d), Produktionsfachkraft (m/w/d) Chemie, or comparable education in the pharmaceutical industry
• 3 years of professional experience in the aseptic production of cytostatics is desirable
• GMP, GDP/ALCOA knowledge
• Independent and responsible work ethic
• Teamwork, communication skills, and quality awareness
• Very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work regular weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
