Merge is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for organizations, introducing them to the value Merge provides. This role involves creating qualified meetings and opportunities through multi-touch cadences, utilizing tools like Salesforce and Outreach. The Sales Development Representative will innovate on outbound strategies, collect data, and collaborate with the team. They will also receive mentorship to accelerate their career towards becoming a successful Account Executive.
What this role involves: - Sharing the value Merge provides to customers and their development teams.
- Creating qualified meetings and opportunities with new prospects.
- Using multi-touch cadences including prospecting, email outreach, and cold calling.
- Developing mastery of sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Innovating on outbound motion by testing and tweaking approaches.
Requirements: - Exposure to fast-paced corporate environments.
- Previous experience selling products or services directly to customers.
- Grit and resourcefulness.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Openness to feedback and coaching.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
