Job Description
Carta is seeking a Manager for Strategy & Business Operations to join their team. This role involves driving Carta's strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and accelerating the path to $1bn+ in annual revenue. The Manager will work with product and business leaders, acting as a thought partner to improve business performance and execution.

Role Involves:
  • Driving end-to-end strategic projects.
  • Developing a strategic framework to identify market growth opportunities.
  • Accelerating the journey in building the Network ERP for Private Capital.
  • Acting as a thought partner to business leaders and executives.

Requirements:
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, corporate strategy, or business operations.
  • 2 years of strategy consulting or principal investing experience required.
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end strategic initiatives.
  • Strong ability to drive projects with ambiguous scope to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Superior problem-solving, presentation, and modeling skills.
