Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

Garner Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to take ownership of critical internal reporting that drives decision-making across various teams. The analyst will transform ad-hoc reporting processes into automated, scalable dashboards, enabling stakeholders to gain accurate insights faster and reduce reporting overhead.

What this role involves:
• Owning and managing key internal dashboards.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Migrating manual reports into automated dashboards.
• Developing scalable data pipelines.
• Identifying gaps in current reporting coverage and developing new dashboards.
• Maintaining and improving existing dashboards.
• Ensuring consistent metrics definitions across teams.
• Advocating for best practices in data visualization.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar data-focused role.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Attention to detail with a mindset for automation and scalability.
