What this role involves: - Acting as a subject matter expert for the country.
- Managing relationships with stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
- Processing full end-to-end payroll, statutory filings, and compliance.
- Ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Focusing on KPIs and SLAs.
- Implementing and improving processes.
- Mentoring and supporting payroll specialists.
- Backing up regional managers during absences.
Requirements: - Payroll management or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
