Remote is seeking a Payroll Product Strategic Lead to ensure the company's payroll product is compliant, scalable, and aligned with global payroll operations. What this role involves: - Leading execution of payroll product initiatives.
- Translating complex regulations into scalable, automated payroll product enhancements.
- Identifying compliance gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
- Conducting research into global payroll trends, tax law updates, and regulatory shifts.
- Developing dashboards to track compliance performance and payroll accuracy.
- Tracking and reporting on payroll compliance risks and incidents.
What the candidate should bring: - Extensive experience in payroll compliance & product execution.
- Proven track record of leading payroll product initiatives.
- Strong technical knowledge of payroll platforms, HRIS integrations, and automation tools (SQL, Google Scripts, API integrations).
- Deep expertise in global payroll laws, tax regulations, and data privacy (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused skills.
- Experience using project management tools and compliance reporting tools.
