Job Description
Remote is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Business Development Manager to join their Sales team. This role will support AMER-based Business Development Representatives and contribute to the company's mission of simplifying global employment. The role involves:
  • Coaching Business Development Representatives to achieve pipeline generation goals.
  • Developing team members' sales skills.
  • Improving processes and content to enhance SDR effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with Sales Directors and Marketing to improve pipeline quality.
  • Reporting on key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Hiring and onboarding new Business Development Representatives.

Requirements:
  • Experience leading Sales Development Representatives in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through outbound channels.
  • Strong sales acumen, with closing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with a tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluent English.
  • Remote work experience is a plus.
