Elite Technology is seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation in payments and compliance across its legal financial and practice management solutions. This role involves leading the development and execution of payment and compliance-related product strategies. The Product Manager will define the vision and roadmap for payment capabilities across cloud and on-premise platforms. This is a hybrid role based in London.

- Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for payment capabilities.
- Driving product discovery to uncover customer pain points.
- Developing and maintaining a strategic payments roadmap.
- Prioritizing features and enhancements.
- Partnering with Engineering, UX, and external payment providers.
- Collaborating with Go-to-Market, Support, and Customer Success teams.
- Staying current on payment technologies and legal billing regulations.
- Championing the product internally and externally.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success managing product strategy for payments.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial workflows into user-centric experiences.
- Deep experience in customer discovery and solution validation.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable navigating compliance, security, and legal frameworks.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for improving how professionals manage money.
