Job Description
SonderMind is seeking a Director of Healthcare System Partnerships to drive revenue-generating activities within the Health Systems business line. This role involves acquiring new health system partners, expanding relationships with existing ones, and ensuring their ongoing success. The Director will set strategic direction and lead execution across the partner lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to design scalable systems that help partners succeed and ensure patients receive timely mental health care.

Role involves:
  • Owning revenue and growth targets for the Health Systems line of business.
  • Executing the Health Systems growth strategy across primary care, specialty care, and integrated delivery networks.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with health system stakeholders.
  • Designing and optimizing partnership onboarding workflows and referral pathways.
  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics.
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • Collaborating with Product, Finance, Marketing, Clinical Ops, and Care Coordination.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, provider relations, or business development.
  • Experience in digital health, healthcare services, or health systems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success managing partnerships with large health systems or provider groups.
  • Strong cross-functional operator.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial and highly adaptable.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven decision maker.
  • Passion for mental health and healthcare transformation.
