Senior Associate, Financial

Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate, Financial to generate sales, increase revenue, and profitability. This role involves recruiting top talent and developing client relationships. The Senior Associate will collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively.

The role involves:

• Establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Conducting prospecting activities
• Generating new job orders weekly
• Managing job orders from intake to fulfillment
• Recruiting qualified talent
• Utilizing Bullhorn to log activity
• Collaborating with teammates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 0 to 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred
• CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus
• Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus
