Vaco is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development to join their team in Tampa, Florida. The Associate Director will be responsible for generating sales, increasing revenue, and developing client relationships. They will collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver projects effectively and timely.
Role Involves:
- Establishing and maintaining target lists and developing client relationships.
- Conducting prospecting activities through various channels.
- Generating new job orders weekly.
- Managing new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilizing Bullhorn to log all activity and information.
- Collaborating with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 0 to 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience highly preferred.
- CPA, CFA, MBA or other professional designation a plus.
- Previous experience in recruiting or business development a plus.
Vaco Offers:
