The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing real estate assets, analyzing the feasibility of real estate developments, and working on incorporation and allotment projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing real estate assets, including tracking expenses and ensuring proper documentation.
• Analyzing the feasibility of real estate developments.
• Working on incorporation and allotment projects, including defining scopes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Evaluating the viability of projects, including retrofits and various asset types.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Experience in allotment and/or real estate incorporation.
• Knowledge of approvals and legal processes for real estate development.
• Relationship with public agencies and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of technical documents required for studies and approvals.
• Experience in real estate asset management and new business analysis.
