Job Description

The company manages corporate non-performing loans, assisting funds, investors, financial institutions, and companies in finding strategic solutions for their businesses.
The Origination area specializes in identifying and acquiring stressed assets with the potential to be restructured, generating value at each stage. The team combines strategic vision and innovative solutions, working on challenging operations and impactful negotiations.
Role involves:
- Coordinating the origination and structuring team.
- Ensuring the identification, structuring, and evaluation of new investment opportunities in assets in judicial recovery and bankruptcy.
- Coordinating complex negotiations with external agents and internal teams.
- Executing market coverage strategy with external opportunity originators.
- Collaborating in risk decisions, investment theses, and due diligence analyses.
- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize asset recovery.
- Collaborating with other areas of the company, such as legal, finance, and commercial.
- Monitoring and reporting team and process performance.
- Staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in asset origination and management of judicial recovery and bankruptcy processes.
- Proven experience in analyses and due diligence in distressed assets.
- Deep knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
