Job Description
Envoy Global is seeking an Associate for their Operations Support Center in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for supporting operational activities, data management, reporting, and customer experience. The Associate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client onboarding and offboarding.
  • Execute data entry, case monitoring, and documentation management.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, CRM, and account managers.
  • Maintain internal trackers and monitor task statuses.
  • Conduct data audits and validations.
  • Prepare routine and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support CRM reporting functions.
  • Respond to client queries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Use ticketing platforms to log and resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through professional communication.
  • Stay updated with internal processes and immigration procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills.
  • Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, reporting, and customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
  • Experience with ticketing tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Strong attention to detail and data validation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • Willing/able to work night/rotational shifts
