Job Description
Stensul is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role involves managing the CEO's time, scheduling, and administrative needs, ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the CEO's professional and personal calendar.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage CEO's email communications.
  • Organize and manage documents and files.
  • Handle expense reporting and processing.
  • Arrange travel logistics.

Requirements:
  • 5-8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a Series B-D startup environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in the NYC office 5 days per week.
  • Proficiency in Apple Products, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
