Job Description
Xometry is seeking a HR Operations Lead to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role involves overseeing employee data, managing HR systems, and ensuring compliance. The HR Operations Lead will play a critical role in supporting Xometry's employees and contributing to the overall success of the HR function.Responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing data related to the employee life cycle, including onboarding, role and compensation changes, performance reviews, and offboarding.
  • Developing and implementing processes to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Managing employee records and data privacy compliance.
  • Overseeing the HR Help Desk, providing timely and accurate support to employees.
  • Providing reporting around important Help Desk metrics.
  • Managing and optimizing HR systems and technology, including HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends and insights.
  • Developing and maintaining key HR metrics and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and technology (experience with ADP Workforce Now is a preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Certification in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
