Job Description
Bondora is seeking a Country Manager for Lithuania to drive market success and expand business. The Country Manager will be responsible for increasing business volumes, enhancing product offerings, and ensuring profitability in the Lithuanian market. This role involves taking ownership of financial outcomes, overseeing collaboration between teams, developing product features, leading contract negotiations, and building relationships with stakeholders.
- Take ownership of financial outcomes
- Oversee daily collaboration between Marketing, Risk, and Product teams
- Develop and refine Bondora’s product features
- Lead contract negotiations with local third-party providers
- Compile comprehensive financial plans and long-term forecasts
- Serve as the key representative of Bondora
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of three years of experience managing a credit product line or business operations within the consumer credit field in Lithuania or a similar market.
- Demonstrated success in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience with Profit and Loss (PnL) oversight, financial forecasting, and data-based decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
