Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Description

Bandwidth is seeking a Global Revenue Cycle Analyst to ensure global customers receive accurate and timely invoices. The successful candidate will be adaptable, manage complex functions, possess analytical skills, think critically, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.Role involves:

• Confirming the completion of M07 AND S07 Jobs.
• Using multiple systems to correct errors and make necessary changes for accurate billing.
• Running monthly queries to validate charges and ensure alignment with previous months.
• Performing monthly billing cycle audits for multiple products to validate charge accuracy.
• Providing assistance to internal teams with billing cycle inquiries.
• Researching issues, analyzing data, and assisting with solutions via Zendesk.
• Driving projects to completion with a focus on accuracy and communication.
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert on Bandwidth product(s).
• Attending product and stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting meeting notes.
• Communicating status, defining critical issues, and driving required decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2+ years experience in billing
• 1-2 years analytical experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to focus, complete tasks accurately, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude
