Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth to expand business within existing accounts in the Ontario region. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with current customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. Grafana Labs emphasizes a consultative sales approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs before discussing products.
The Enterprise Account Executive will play a crucial role in articulating the value of Grafana's products, collaborating with customers during trial phases, and ensuring a smooth handover to the Customer Success team.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within current customers.
- Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Managing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
- Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Understanding and conveying the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
- Handling quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a competitive environment.
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player.
- Adaptable with experience in high-velocity technology companies.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with open-source technology.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to form strong working relationships.
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC is ideal.
