Gruppo AutoScout24, a leader in the Digital Automotive sector, is seeking a Field Sales Consultant for the Bologna area. This is a full-time position within the Sales Team, covering the Emilia-Romagna, Marche, and Tuscany regions. The role involves managing and developing the assigned portfolio.
Role Involves:
- New business development with prospects
- Upselling/cross-selling to existing clients
- Daily CRM updates
Requirements:
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in a structured environment
- Experience interacting with clients and prospects
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good written and spoken English (at least B1 level)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work towards targets in a structured team
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication
