Job Description

Gruppo AutoScout24, a leader in the Digital Automotive sector, is seeking a Field Sales Consultant for the Bologna area. This is a full-time position within the Sales Team, covering the Emilia-Romagna, Marche, and Tuscany regions. The role involves managing and developing the assigned portfolio.

Role Involves:

  • New business development with prospects
  • Upselling/cross-selling to existing clients
  • Daily CRM updates

Requirements:

  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in a structured environment
  • Experience interacting with clients and prospects
  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good written and spoken English (at least B1 level)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work towards targets in a structured team
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication
