iHerb, committed to providing health and wellness products globally, is seeking a Marketing Manager in Korea. This role involves digital marketing, managing KPIs, budgets, and analyzing data. The Marketing Manager will drive customer acquisition, define key metrics, and execute paid media strategies.Responsibilities include:
- Driving customer acquisition strategies.
- Defining key metrics and measuring performance.
- Building and executing scalable paid media structures.
- Reporting daily and weekly results.
- Analyzing channel reports and translating findings.
- Developing paid media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Managing Korea-specific promotions.
- Working with cross-functional teams to execute localized campaigns.
- Managing local agencies.
- Supporting the Korea team in defining commercial strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluency in Korean and working-level English.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and global paid channels.
- Passion for digital marketing and driving performance-based results.
