The role available is a permanent contract (CDI) as an agent, with both part-time and full-time positions available.

Ouihelp prioritizes adapting assignments to fit the life of their employees. They provide a stable schedule from week to week, filled to the desired number of hours/days, that doesn't have assignments for less than an hour so that the employee can optimize their commuting and build strong relationships with their beneficiaries and their families.

The role involves:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with essential daily tasks

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance
• Or 18 months of experience if the applicant attends Ouihelp's internal paid training upon arrival
