• Delivering operational support to clients and internal teams.
• Overseeing the full pre- and post-trade settlement cycle for OTC trades.
• Resolving and managing client queries promptly.
• Identifying and rectifying system errors.
• Managing inventory to support OTC and exchange trading activities.
• Monitoring and mitigating risk, including FX positions.
• Actively managing the balance sheet.
• Performing account reconciliation.
