Seesaw is seeking a Professional Development & Training Specialist to join their Professional Learning team. The role involves delivering interactive and impactful Seesaw product training and professional development opportunities to customers, primarily teachers and administrators. The specialist will work in a customer-facing capacity, serving as a Seesaw expert to support educators in effectively using the platform.

The Professional Development & Training Specialist will deliver training virtually or onsite as needed. They will maintain documentation, stay updated on Seesaw features, and address customer issues promptly.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training to support the effective use of Seesaw.
  • Check calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates and session bookings.
  • Maintain pre- and post-session documentation and notes.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Seesaw features and support resources.
  • Raise and resolve customer issues with urgency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of primary teaching experience.
  • Prior experience with educator coaching and/or delivering professional development a plus.
  • Knowledge of Seesaw and/or use of Seesaw in the classroom strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, flexible, and a quick learner.
  • Positive, upbeat, proactive, and professional attitude.
  • Collaborative teammate who is values-driven and supportive.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology to present and demonstrate.
  • Ability to travel if needed, especially in peak season.
  • Willing to work flexible schedule when customer demands require it (evening, early morning, as needed).
  • Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
