Senior Search & AI Growth manager

Yousician is seeking a Senior Search & AI Growth Manager to spearhead the organic growth of GuitarTuna. This role involves shaping and executing strategies that leverage both traditional SEO and AI-driven search and content discovery. The Senior Search & AI Growth Manager will collaborate with product, engineering, data, and content teams to ensure GuitarTuna's discoverability and relevance.

What this role involves:

• Developing and executing a strategy that integrates SEO with AI-powered search optimization.
• Analyzing and optimizing site performance using analytics, AI tools, and user behavior data.
• Partnering with engineering and product teams to implement scalable technical solutions.
• Leading keyword research, competitive intelligence, and content strategy.
• Driving technical improvements in site architecture, mobile experience, and page speed.
• Designing and executing experiments to test new growth levers.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Staying ahead of evolving search algorithms and AI discovery trends.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, search optimization, or digital growth.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth for large-scale consumer web products.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, structured data, and AI-powered content discovery.
• Experience with analytics platforms (Google Search Console, GA4) and AI/ML tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Passion for music, digital education, or creative technology is a plus.
