Ouihelp, a fast-growing in-home care company, is seeking a dedicated In-Home Caregiver (H/F) in Fontainebleau. The caregiver will be responsible for providing essential support to elderly individuals, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. The role involves:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities

The ideal candidate should have:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance, or 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal paid training.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
