Job Description
IPG is seeking a Technology Delivery Analyst to assist staff with technical issues related to hardware and software, both onsite and remotely, in a mixed Mac/PC environment. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented and customer-focused, participating in hardware upgrades, system maintenance, installation, and support of business applications. - Providing 1st and 2nd level incident support for Desktop, Mobile, Printers, Scanners, and Copiers.
- Performing imaging (AutoPilot & JAMF), software installation, and hands-on fixes on desktops.
- Monitoring, recording, and resolving issues via an internal ticketing system (Helix).
- Documenting and updating information within the ticketing system.
- Adhering to onboarding and off-boarding procedures for IT SOX compliance.
- Providing ad-hoc training to support users.
- Participating in technology management processes.
- Setting up boardroom Audio Visual equipment.
Requirements:
- College diploma or Certification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of IT experience supporting Macs, PCs, iOS, and Android.
- ITIL certification and/or Apple Certified IT Professional preferred.
- Knowledge of JAMF is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft M365.
- Willingness to learn new platforms.
- Familiarity with IT SOX compliance a plus.
- Knowledge of the Marketing and/or Advertising business a plus.
