Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service, is seeking a dedicated Auxiliaire de vie (H/F) in Montereau-Fault-Yonne. She/he will be responsible for providing assistance to elderly individuals. This role is a permanent position with flexible full-time or part-time hours.Ouihelp prioritizes adapting missions to the employee's daily routine, offering a stable weekly schedule filled with the desired number of hours/days, without missions lasting less than one hour. The company provides personalized onboarding, a dedicated contact person for questions, and innovative digital tools to simplify daily tasks and administrative procedures.Role involves:

• Providing assistance to elderly individuals in their homes.
• Offering companionship and support.
• Assisting with essential daily tasks.

Requirements:

• A diploma or a minimum of 3 years of experience in personal assistance.
• Alternatively, 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal paid training.
