Job Description
Outset Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist in Chicago, IL, to support sales and marketing efforts with clinical application and product training for the Tablo device. The Clinical Specialist will focus on supporting existing customers and educating new customers on the safe and effective use of Tablo. They will drive treatment utilization through successful launches, influence new prescribers, and grow the current install base of treatments per console.
The role involves:
- Growing treatment revenue by influencing physicians and increasing utilization in current accounts.
- Coordinating product training for customers and sales agents.
- Developing strategies and executing sales activities to drive expansion of Tablo in the acute and home market.
- Implementing and training clinical staff to full adoption of the Tablo program.
- Supporting regional sales and marketing development events.
- Managing administrative tasks and customer business reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in Dialysis.
- 2 years medical device, biotech or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Proven record of clinical and sales success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade decision makers.
- Strong work ethic as an individual and on a team.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
