Proton, a company focused on providing privacy-centric online tools, is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner for a contract position in their Skopje office. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the growth of Proton's European office locations. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, building candidate pipelines, and providing an excellent candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also guide hiring managers with data-driven insights, identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. They will also be involved in side projects related to training, employer branding, and process improvement. This role requires autonomy, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.Responsibilities:
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment.
  • Building candidate pipelines.
  • Providing candidate experience.
  • Guiding Hiring Managers.
  • Identifying gaps in the recruitment process.
  • Working on employer branding initiatives.
  • Be involved in side projects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in hiring technical positions.
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to be autonomous.
  • Experience in promoting the company on social media and events.
  • Analytic, data oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility and agility.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English.
