Proton is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Barcelona. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for technical positions across Europe, focusing on the growth of Proton's office locations. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with talented Engineers, providing advisory services to Hiring Managers, and ensuring continuous improvement of hiring metrics. They will also take initiatives to ensure the well-being of employees across the office.
Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to closing the candidate.
- Build candidate pipelines and source top talent.
- Provide world-class candidate experience.
- Guide Hiring Managers with insights and data.
- Identify and implement solutions to improve the recruitment process.
- Work on employer branding initiatives and transversal projects.
- Be involved in side projects related to training, employer branding, and process revamping.
- Serve as a go-to person for People & Culture topics for the London/Barcelona Office.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in hiring technical positions in international environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously.
- Experience in promoting the company on social media and events.
- Analytic, data-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility and agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
