Proton, a fast-growing European scale-up, is seeking a Head of Outbound Sales (SMB) to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a hands-on approach, ready to inspire a team and engage in operational tasks.

The Head of Outbound Sales will be responsible for driving scalable sales processes, guiding team performance, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives to accelerate revenue growth and brand visibility.

Role Involves:

  • Building and leading an outbound sales team.
  • Developing and implementing outbound SMB sales strategies.
  • Taking ownership of the outbound sales cycle.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven outbound sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle for small deals (€5,000 - €20,000).
  • Strong hands-on leadership with the ability to support team operations directly.
  • Deep understanding of target markets and audience behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
