Proton is seeking a Senior Head of Sales (SMB) to lead and build a sales strategy from the ground up. The role involves inbound, outbound, and channel sales. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader comfortable in a hands-on environment, inspiring a team, and engaging in strategic deal-making.

The Senior Head of Sales will drive scalable sales processes, guide team performance, and align efforts to accelerate revenue growth and brand visibility.

Role Involves:

  • Building and leading a sales team of SDRs and AEs.
  • Developing and implementing SMB sales strategies.
  • Taking ownership of sales operations from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience with B2B sales teams, ideally in SaaS.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle for small deals (€5,000 - €20,000) with SMBs.
  • Hands-on leadership with the ability to support team operations directly.
  • Deep understanding of target markets and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
