Job Description
Quin is seeking a GAI Engineer to join their Primary Care Team in Amsterdam. The GAI Engineer will be at the cutting edge of innovation in the field of Machine Learning and explainable AI, all while having an enormous positive impact on society. The engineer will contribute to building and improving Quin's AI Agent and will also be an integral part of the smooth deployment, scalability, and maintenance of their agentic solutions. By collaborating closely with medical experts and dev/ops engineers, they'll bring substantial domain knowledge into vectorial representations and bridge the gap between model development and production.
  • Design, develop and optimize (existing) algorithms for the healthcare domain, including LLM’s and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models
  • Partner closely with GPs and medical specialists to translate their expertise into our AI engine.
  • Ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scalability of our models in production environments
  • Enhance ML-Ops workflows, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and real-time diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with our tech team to construct a resilient, scalable infrastructure for our AI solutions.
  • Stay in the loop with the latest trends in AI/ML to continually push our boundaries.
Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelors/master’s in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
  • Proficient in Python and have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
  • Possess a solid grasp of ML-Ops, including tools like Kubernetes, Docker, or similar.
  • Show exceptional problem-solving skills and passion for continuous learning.
  • Are fluent in Dutch (written and verbal).
