JD Sports, a leading sports fashion retailer with a strong presence in multiple countries, is seeking a motivated and experienced Superviseur de rayon (Department Supervisor) to join their team in Paris. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a specific department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or cashier, with the primary goal of improving its profitability.

The role involves:

• Managing and supporting a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyzing sales indicators (KPIs) and communicating them to the team.
• Overseeing store openings and closings, including managing deliveries, briefing the team, and handling cash registers.
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the department, with support from visual merchandisers.
