Job Description
JD Sports is seeking a Store Manager to lead their store in Roissy-en-France. The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, costs, and customer service. They will also be responsible for managing and developing the store team, as well as ensuring that the store is visually appealing and well-maintained. Role Involves:
  • Driving store performance by increasing sales and reducing costs.
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on store activity.
  • Monitoring the competition and staying up-to-date on market trends.
  • Leading and motivating the store team through coaching, training, and development.
  • Managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-maintained through merchandising and cleanliness.
  • Managing stock levels, minimizing losses, and handling cash management.
