Job Description
Pathward is seeking a People Business Partner Sr. Advisor to act as a business advisor, aligning business objectives with employees, leaders, and managers. This role involves driving business results by engaging, supporting, and developing the organization’s people plans. The People Business Partner will work alongside senior business leaders to drive employee engagement and execute People & Culture policies and procedures.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with business leaders to identify business priorities.
- Ensuring alignment of the people plan with business strategic goals.
- Contributing to the design and integration of the holistic organizational plan.
- Identifying current and future talent needs.
- Designing talent movement plans for critical roles.
- Developing diversity and inclusion plans.
- Leading the implementation and adoption of new or changing structures.
- Coaching managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change.
- Providing P&C policy guidance and interpretation.
- Partnering with P&C centers of expertise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience.
- Strong exposure to the employee lifecycle.
- Background in organizational development preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
