Creative Director at Barkley

BarkleyOKRP is seeking a Creative Director to lead and drive the agency's creative output and future potential. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading superior work, mentoring and growing the creative team, and contributing to the overall agency culture. They will partner with strategy directors and brand leaders, and be a trusted advisor to clients. The role is based in Kansas City, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Leading creative teams and mentoring creatives.
• Presenting and defending creative work to clients.
• Collaborating with other disciplines.
• Solving business problems with creative solutions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a copywriter/ACD position at an agency or in-house creative department.
• Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns.
• Strong presentation, communication, and story-telling skills.
• Experience managing and developing creative talent.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to implement new and better ways of thinking and problem solving.
