Job Description
Taco Bell is seeking a Director of Technology for Menu & Integrations. This role is responsible for leading the evolution of Taco Bell's menu platforms and orchestrating integrations to restaurants and omni-channel ordering platforms. The Director will be accountable for the menu tech strategy and roadmap, transforming menu platforms to support marketing, finance, and operational needs. They will also manage Taco Bell’s Middleware Platforms, enabling interoperability and data exchanges between systems.

Role involves:
  • Leading a Menu team to align Taco Bell’s menu technology under a single vision and roadmap.
  • Leading an Integrations team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
  • Setting platform objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure the success of the menu platform.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Operations, Finance) to understand the strategy for Taco Bell's menu and food products.
  • Overseeing complex technology programs/projects and software releases.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner, solution architect, or related technology field.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with menu-related restaurant technologies (e.g., POS systems, eCommerce systems) and product master technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop direct and virtual technology team members.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and build strategic partnerships.
  • Solid planning, financial management, and organizational strategy skills.
