Job Description
Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Quoting Analyst to support distributors and partners. This role involves aligning work hours to the Eastern Time Zone (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM) and ensuring compliance with Elastic’s framework. The Quoting Analyst will act as a primary contact for distributors and partners, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support transactions. They will also identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with Partner Managers and Account Executives to drive growth.
Role Involves:
- Understanding and implementing workflow processes for distributors and partners.
- Acting as a primary point of contact for distributors and partners.
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders daily.
- Identifying and differentiating key components of problem statements.
- Working closely with Elastic Partner Managers and Account Execs.
- Maintaining adherence to internal controls and ethical business practices.
- Ensuring timely follow-up on approvals and operational issues.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in quoting or distributor support and operations (2+ years).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ.
- Ability to think on their feet in a constantly evolving environment.
