Job Description
DoubleVerify is seeking a Client Development Manager to join their sales team. The Client Development Manager will be responsible for retaining contracts with premium publishers and achieving individual sales goals. This role involves consistent interaction with customers, promoting the use of DoubleVerify Publisher Suite (DVPS), and driving upsell opportunities.Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining, retaining, and growing an assigned book of digital media publisher accounts.
  • Introducing new DVPS products to customers and driving adoption.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of upsell product opportunities to customers and driving incremental revenue to meet quarterly quotas.
  • Successfully renewing customers through the current contract term.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, providing consistent client support and Client Business Reviews.
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline of upsell and renewal opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Assisting with deliverables and ongoing projects in support of the DV Product team and the DV Marketing team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 5+ years’ experience in account management, sales planning, or business development.
  • Experience in digital ad sales, account management, or digital ad operations.
  • Familiarity with digital media publishers preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
  • Proven experience successfully managing high-touch customer accounts.
