Job Description
NextRoll is seeking a Director of Agency New Business Sales to lead and expand their agency sales team. This role involves establishing NextRoll’s presence among prospective customers and driving the strategy for acquiring long-term, sustainable customers across mid-market to holding company agencies in North America & EMEA. The Director will improve sales tactics, foster a strong team dynamic, and identify growth opportunities within the industry.
Role Involves:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing New Business Sales team.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies.
- Driving revenue and productivity through tactical plans.
- Hiring, developing, and motivating team members.
- Conducting regular business analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop Go-To-Market strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience leading a sales team.
- Experience selling programmatic advertising.
- Strong existing relationships with agency partners.
- Deep understanding of technology-based clients and platforms in digital advertising.
- Proven track record in new business acquisition.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Experience acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Eagerness to collaborate with AdRoll Product, Marketing, Channel Partnerships and Enablement teams.
